Weeeelll... I went to court today and nothing happened... I waited outside the courtroom for two hours, then finally went in.

I denied the charges after thinking about what I had actually did, so the judge schedules a 'fact finding' (which we had LAST WEEK).

It hasn't been scheduled yet, so I'll be sticking around for a bit longer...

i dont think not getting off the bus is criminal trespassing maybe if it was the last stop of the bus its refusing something or trespassing but not criminal since there was no criminal intent. Unless some how you were gonna rob a fucking bus.

 

I know it's gay... but --somehow... it's the law.

 

Next time you see the bus driver, tell him to kiss your ass. He can't do anything, it's called freedom of speech.

To make a long story short, he wouldn't get off a bus because the driver was an asshole. This was a school bus, not a city bus. So, the driver is saying that he was trespassing for staying on the bus when being told to leave.

He'll probably be let off with a warning.
