    My 8 Month Transformation [PICS]

    No idea why you've such a big thing against 'junk' food when your body doesn't know the difference between 'junk' and 'clean' food. It processes it based on its macros and that's what ends up making you lose or gain weight.

    And bulk/cut cycles are much easier than trying to 'lean bulk' and sit and track each and everything that goes in your mouth just to keep a 300 cal surplus which imo is going to mess up with your head overtime along with the hard to track changes in the mirror.

    For the third time, i take half a serving of gainer with milk for a 1000 cals everyday lol. I'll still have 3000 more to cram in the rest of the day in a short period of time

    KFC will have plenty more fat & carbs then a normal grilled chicken breast? So your body will know the difference..

    MEAL ONE - 7:00am

    40g WHEY PROTIEN
    1cup OATS

    MEAL TWO - 9:30am

    9oz CHICKEN BREAST
    2 x WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS (8")
    1cup PEPPERS & ONION (mixed)

    MEAL THREE - 12:00pm

    9oz CHICKEN BREAST
    2 x WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS (8")
    1cup PEPPERS & ONION (mixed)

    MEAL FOUR - 14:30pm

    9oz CHICKEN BREAST
    2 x WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS (8")
    1cup PEPPERS & ONION (mixed)
    1 x APPLE

    MEAL FIVE (PRE WORKOUT) - 17:00pm

    40g WHEY PROTIEN
    1 x SLICED BANANA
    1 x WHITE BAGEL
    1tbsp PEANUT BUTTER

    MEAL SIX - 19:00pm

    6oz LEAN GROUND BEEF (95% lean 5% fat)
    1cup TOMATOES

    That comes to around : Cal: 3452 Fats: 69 Carbs: 378 Protein: 320

    I also find due to the 6 meals I never feel like snacking, unless I am late for a meal.

    I've got a hard on for all things not junk food lol....jokes....well kinda jokes. You're body would definitely notice the difference like J E said, a very good example. I mean shit you notice the difference and you're not even realizing it...Since your "bulking" period you've put on noticeable size which consist of mostly fat (not trying to be mean, I'm not saying you're a fat ass, theres just more fat on you than you had before this)...that fat came from the shit food lol.


    Is it really easier though?? I mean lets face it, more toward the summer you're gonna be working your ass off losing all those months of not giving a fuck about your intake. Overall I don't really find it all that healthy to fluctuate in weight like that either. Your skin stretches, then loosens up during the cutting phase...now you gotta work even harder to fill that skin with muscle. Butttt you've been lifting and eating like a fiend months before that so you're not gonna put on real mass during the cutting cycle anyway. At the end of the summer you'll still have that little pouch right there at the base of your belly etc. . .

    I guess what I'm saying is wouldn't it be easier to just slowly sculpt your body, adding layer upon layer of quality weight?

    **all the "yours" are not necessarily direct towards you, but in general.


    Side note: I'm not to sure I buy into the whole "if it fits your macros" nonsense, If there's one thing around that has its fads its definitely lifting/exercising....the whole macro gig is relatively new and has exploded amongst everybody who's anybody. I mean the idea of it has been around for a very long time....all it essentially is is flexible eating. But you throw that kitsch word in there and its the "New big thing" lol.


    EDIT: Don't feel that I'm attacking you because I'm not!

    Now that's something I can endorse haha!

    Its not going to know the difference between a kfc breast and grilled chicken breast with eggs. You know what I meant lol.

    You both sound like you're attacking IIFYM without even trying it

    I never really had a meal plan i just ate whatever we had in the fridge just made sure i got enough protein/carbs and fats, when i started working out my max bench was only 90 pounds due to a bad shoulder injury, anyways i got my max up to 242 pounds in just 6 months, i trained hard ate well and slept a lot i had gainz like a mofo

    I guess I kinda am, I apologize haha. It just seems like it gives a person a justification to essentially eat what they want.

    Reading through it, it sounds like a meal plan that gives you some leniency so you wont commit suicide. But there is definitely structure to it, I feel like your abusing it.

    IIFYM is what I do too. It allows you to not obsess too much about your diet. Some popular youtubers such as Hodgetwins do it too.

    Don't get me wrong I have nothing against your diet etc... It does make sense ramming whatever in to hit your macros.

    But IMO I would get lazy and use it as an excuse. "Oh look I have about 500cals left lemme ram this chocolate bar down me". You get what I mean?

    Having my meals planned makes it so easy with day, I can grab a box of chicken and go to town haha. And also get the correct macros daily and cleanly :)

    80-81 kilos here, cutting. Looking to go below 10% bf for the first time in a long time :p Fasting really helps cut down on hunger pains too
