    How much would you pay for a level 30 smurf on OCE/NA/EU/EUNE with 65k-70k IP and 20,000 Riot Points?

    The accounts would be botted but there would be 0 Normal wins and all accounts would be ready for ranked!

    50ish bucks, Neither botted accounts or RAFs are very expensive
