CS:GO fps low

I see streamers with like 100-400 fps and mines only 30-40 -_- how? I tried using commands and things

 

Can you give us a little more information? Specs on your computer? What streaming program you're using? Do you have other processes running as well?

Well it depends from your video card and the settings for it.
You can fake boost your fps with command "developer" also.
You can put a launch option on your cs:go " -novid -console -treads 4 -high"
