My friends and I bought it to play when 1 of us got a ban from MM for like 7 days or something, but we ended up playing much more then we though now we reached almost 2k and a rank of Legendary Eagle.

Will the purchase include all the skins and items also?

 

There aren't any skins on it only the normal skins and a Gold bravo & phoenix coin.
