    Eat healthy, aim for high protein and carbs if you're wanting to gain weight.

    Its really not though lol... You cannot claim something to be overkill when you don't know my current stats what my nutrition trainer based my macros on lol...

    But this is still earlier stages on the diet, still finding out what type of metabolism I have :).....


    EDIT: Also I forgot to say that I am juicing test prop for 12weeks + anavar.. So I need that protein lmao.

    Oh you are juicing lol, yeah if you were natural though it would definitely be overkill since there's only so much your body can absorb and the rest of it goes to waste.

    I just ate everything in sight (kfc,ice cream,burgers,pizza etc.) plus half a serving of weight gainer and my usual 600-700g of chicken

    This. Although I easily crossed 500 cal above my intake lol

    Why though?? Eating shit food in the name of "bulking" I find absolutely ridiculous! But again that's me, what's your rationale behind that game plan?

    KFC actually has really good macros. Perhaps OP is an ectomorph and needs the high calorie count just to reach a surplus.

    Running :
    Week 1-12 / 1ml test prop EOD
    Week 4-12 / 50mg anavar ED
    Week 3-12 / 1mg AI EOD
    ------
    PCT
    Week 10-12 / HCG EOD
    Week 12-16 / Clomid + Novadex

    But gains are immense, makes you feel like you can get threw anything haha. No roid rage or any of that anti-roid media-hype

    Yea I suppose if you pick right stuff off the menu its fine, maybe I should have been a little more specific with my question.

    Where I quoted him all I really see there is grease and fatty foods minus the ice cream...but what else is the "etc". I'm just curious as to what the reasoning was behind cramming relatively unhealthy foods in abundance down your throat in the name of putting on weight just to put on weight. Not quality mass ya know?

    I'm an ectormorph so I know what you're saying I'm just wondering his rationale behind bulking/cutting cycles.

    Your body doesnt know the difference when you eat something like KFC compared to chicken breast and eggs or any other 'healthy' food. Like Jack Goff said, I needed a quick way to hit 4000 cals daily while coding 8-12 hours a day (I dont like taking long breaks eating). So i pretty much disregarded PCF ratios, stuck to a certain amount of protein (around 220g a day) and just filled the rest of my calories with anything. Didn't care how many carbs/fats I was getting. This way I never really crossed 150g fats but It made life much easier for me. The key to gains is consistency and if you can't follow a flexible approach in your diet, you lose that consistency when you cant cram in the same boring 'healthy' food in daily and end up missing on your macro goals or binge eating and going over it. For me it'd take an easy 3-4 hours to eat 4000 cals of clean food through the day. That's time that I don't have now really.

    Ever though about getting a weight gainer? I used to have a tub with had 1000 cals per serving and like some immense protein. Sip that threw the morning / afternoon will raise your intake :)

    £40 ($67) for 5.4kg of the stuff... This was awhile ago though. Since then I've learned about "food" haha, so I don't really need it.

    I'm looking for some pre-workout supplements atm... Its so hard to pick out the ones that work from the ones that are built on hype.

    Are you on the sauce trying to take in 220grams of protein daily? Alright man, I can see your reasoning why...I thought you thought it was like the best way for you to get where you want to go! But work is totally understandable, I'm kinda in the same boat as a network installer, shit sucks trying to maintain a steady diet. A tip maybe? Take it if you like its what I do and it works out pretty well.

    Pretty much every Sunday I'll grill up around 10lbs of chicken or red meat, then divi it up in to 5 Tupperware bowls. I don't weigh it or anything crazy like that, just eyeball it and I'm good for the week. I know chicken gets boring but I change it with different spices, bbq sauce (not super healthy), teriyaki sauce etc. . . Couple that with uncle ben's 90 second rice and its a solid quick meal throughout the week! Anddd its way cheaper than KFC, that shit is ridiculously high haha.
    That throughout the day with some tuna, your protein and whatever else as a snack and your good to go!
    Some quick math to back it up a little bit.
    They say there's about 25 grams of protein per 4oz's of chicken breast. The way I divide it up I'm getting around 2lbs of chicken in throughout the day. That's around 200 grams of protein before I even factor in my egg white protein shake in the morning, the tuna, whatever little snacks I eat.

    Meh, just realized this doesn't solve your calorie intake goal lol....welp I'll still post it, save it for your "cutting cycle" lol.

    Milk is a good source of protein + if you dont have the time to eat just use a mass gainer ( serious mass 1500 calories per serving). I dont recommed it as something you can replace your meals with but if you dont have time go with the mass gainer
