Editing in Donor Lounge

Bring it back. Some threads need editing and regular users are unable to do so. Just make it so you can't edit posts in the dicing thread.

 

Can't afaik. You can post your donor list in another section if you want and I'll stick it

 

Well that is unfortunate. It really handicaps users in DL who don't dice.

Any solution to this? Possibly make a sub forum just for dicing and apply those rules there?

I don't mind a donor dice duels section. PM Roary for one and I'm sure he'll make it when he has the time

 

If not, any member of the CDT can edit his/her own posts.
If you can't maintain it, maybe a member from the CDT can volunteer.

A donor dice section would be better though.

 

If they'd like to sure, I could have the current one deleted, but I wouldn't mind doing it myself.

dont need 2 dice sections lol, a thread is fine and editing in dl isnt really an issue afaik

 

I support OP, although I am self-requested banned from the DL, I won't be forever and think it would be easily implemented

 

While I agree editing should be allowed, I don't think a whole new section is necessary.

 

I seem to be able to edit.. Anyways i don't think it's a big issue, but it is a handicap.

 

CDT members are in a different usergroup and are able to edit in the case of events in the donor lounge

 

As far as I know the only reason you can't edit is because of the dicing. I would suggest having a donor dice sub-forum but otherwise you'd have to keep an eye on the dice thread.

 

i don't really see the problem with having a donor dice duels section, it wouldn't be that much work to create afaik and the argument that it's not necessary is a bit dumb (we have so many donor lounge threads with literally thousands of replies) + it wouldn't clutter up the main forum.

 

I can't edit and it sucks.

 

Honestly, it's ridiculous to limit the abilities of donors because of the dicing few. There's already a dicing section, they can use that.
