Looking to buy an account on N.A

Requirements:
- Bronze III is the HIGHEST i'll buy.
- Owns 40+ champs
- Has at LEAST 2 FULL rune pages (one AD one AP)
- Comes with the original email

I do not care about any skins or anything else so please do not expect me to pay extra for any special skins it has. You could provide me with a bronze V account with 20 legacy skins and I would still pay what i think is reasonable for a bronze V, not the skins.
