My Paypal Banned?

So Paypal has basically banned me from using their service. They have also held all my funds for 180 days. I was told that my ban was due to having so many buyers file disputes. This was because i used the Claim/Cancel method to avoid being charged back upon. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is there anything I can do to get my account back? Thanks.

 

Not sure but I have heard of other people getting this because of all the Claim/Cancel

 

i have a account that's Limited before because someone used CC to pay me, than file claim, cancal. later he get his money back and my paypal account limited.

 

yes it can be a problem...do you even know what claiming and canceling is doing? or do you just do it cause thats the method?

Ye if heard of this problem, so i jsut say that you should make a new accout, that will solve some problems and to get your money back, well just tell paypal to give it back because they are stealing it.

 

Nah..paypal isn't bad unless you are an idiot. Try calling them/contacting them?

 

This happend to me too back when i used to take paypal, and no there is no way to get your account back. When this happened to me i tryed everytihng to get my account back, including calling them, but it did nothing. If you want your money back, you'll just have to wait 6 months and then request a cheque. Someone should sticky this as an example of what happens when you use paypal to trade gp.

 

Is says in the paypal help, if you get alot of claims your account will freeze.

Well, I have a great deal of money right now in my two accounts, and I think it's completely pathetic that they are able to hold onto it for 6 months without paying me interest. They have all my information, why do they need to hold onto my funds for such a long time? I guarantee Paypal is making interest off MY money right now, and it makes me sick.

over $500 is frozen on my two accounts. No I can't make a new account and send money, because a Limited account can't send / receive / withdraw. Paypal makes sure I can't touch it for 180 Days.
