    Need OCE RP for NA RP or etc
    Well there is a problem that i have been having is that i cant use my card to purchase rp on OCE and i can on NA and i cant use card on paypal either, so basically does anyone want to trade like $20-40 rp on OCE for the card that has 45 bux in it or 45 bux na rp.     I dont sell those anymore. I havent in 4 months. I realized they are an unfair and unsafe trade.
