Arturs Dispute

I was banned about a 3 weeks ago but had family issues to take care of so i'm appealing for it now,
I asked the owner of the server I play on if it was okay to make the trade to buy the account he asked for the username and ended up banning the person I was trading with. I didn't know he was banned, I would've paid his 250k 07 gp right on the bat. I wasn't looking to scam him, 250k isn't an amount any person would scam for. I offered to pay him 5$ or 2m, not to pay off the ban but just so I can repay him for the guilt I have in me. I then learned it was against the rules and regret doing what happened. The other member "Error Free" is very nice and understood what I am going through, he wrote a statement and gave me permission to post on here. I have paid him more than what I owed.

Error Free's statement:
"I fully support Artur in getting unbanned. Over the past few days, I've learned what a good guy he is. I don't believe it is just an act to get unbanned. He is truly sorry, and has been more then willing to give me the gold that I had asked for my NR account, not to get unbanned, but just out of personal character. Although I wasn't scammed, and I fully agree with what Entrr has said regarding the matter, I believe that Artur deserves a second chance."

You can confirm it with him as well that he is the one who wrote this.

I've been with sythe long enough to learn my mistake, I've been here since 09, been active everyday and part of the community. I know I screwed up now and I really do want a second chance, I promise all the staff members nothing like this will ever happen again. I've been browsing thru forums everyday regretting what happened, and not being able to login. Once again If I can get 1 more chance I'd appreciate it so much. Looks like 'I didnt know ban evasion is against rules' explanation is not enough anymore

 

I'd like to see you go through the pardon process personally.

 

Please pardon instead as what you did was indeed ban worthy
