Reporting Mr_trader For not paying me money that he owes me.

so about a month and a half before i purchased his skilling service which i payed 12m 07 for and it got banned soon after the purchase due to his service. He then agreed to pay me 30m eoc if it is not unbanned in a month. Its now been longer than a month and he never reply's to me on skype and i think he is scamming me.

And yes i was banned about a month ago on sythe but he was still required to complete my service and owes me 30m.
