need help asap!

Okay so i started designing a graphic image on PS then i saved it as png file with intercling on because i want it to be transparent which i really think it looks cool but unfortunately it goes small and leaves a stupid white box! does anyone know why it causes this? i also had background layer switched off i added the image in the signature box with different size still does the same thing.

 

i swear someone is trying to fucking stop me from adding a signature

it might be the image hosting website. try saving for web, you have more control of the compression.

in your document do you have some type of white background? is there the checkered pattern in the background? also make sure that your file says .png when you save it.

 

yeah background layer is white and checked pattern in the background? no, not that i know of when i saved the file it was png and i had interlacing on that creates the transparency.

 

is it transparent before you upload it online? also try turning interlacing off. i never use that an it works fine for me.

try deleting the white with the magic tool. post the PNG which would help alot.
