IceLandRS is a ban evader - Astrola!

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

We did a trade. He asked me if I could feedback/vouch him on tribot and sythe. I said sure and he linked me. He gave me his tribot profile, but when he linked me to sythe, he linked me to Astrola's vouch thread.



This by itself was suspicious so I looked him up further. I was a mod on sites a while back and I have accumulated some experience with hunting ban evaders. After looking him up, I'm 99% sure that he's Astrola. I also looked up Astrola's IP as well as IceLandRs' IP and found out that he changed his IP since the geological location is practically identical. This is a comparison with Astrola's and IceLandRs' IP:

There is a very faint difference, which is a pretty big coincidence. What's the chance of a scammer having lived within minutes of a new registered member? Also, he registered on tribot/powerbot/osbot all on the same day (4/11/14) and then came here on the 15th, I believe - that's when he made his first thread.

All of these adding up together along with the fact that he has tons of money to spend (he comes out of nowhere and buys VIP on powerbot and $25 donor on sythe, is kind of weird, to me...anyway).

He tried appealing and faking it on powerbot where he was initially banned (and thought to be ban evading prior to the ban) and was unbanned, however, he was rebanned fairly quickly.

Why I know he scammed and isn't hacked: He appealed his ban/restriction on powerbot claiming that he didn't scam and it was an impostor or someone else because the person didn't show skype over chat... Once skype was shown over chat, he was then banned...but lying about it in that manner just goes to prove what his true intentions were.
