I know I'm basically a no-one on this site but I'd just like to do a BIG shout out to all the admins and moderators on this awesome site for working so hard. I don't think enough recognition goes out to those sneaky hard working ninjas who keep this site happily running 24/7! Just a huge thank you to all the Sythe staff. Here 1 month. Generalizes staff. Probably an accurate assumption lmfao. As for staff right now it's really strong hardly anything in dire need to be done when I'm browsing a nice change from the 5 pages of spam reports there once was.

Exciting and courageous? You got to be shitting me. What is exciting about staff? There is nothing courageous about typing and clicking as Jack Goff said. As for motivated, not sure. It's more of a chore with the mod score system. There is no reward besides fun ranks which are not guaranteed. Generally, it's more than less something to do to pass the time. These are real correlative adjectives for staff: Networked Inconsistent Gullible OT: Staff is doing what needs to be done.
