Best you can do is submit your appeal and/or pm the Customer Service email and make up some bullshit.

Don't ever say the whole your account was hacked. Or someone else had access Will NEVER work. In fact it will add to your ban.

 

That's a good way to annoy the shit out of him and to make sure your account is noted to never be given a chance.
