Buying 07 Account any safer than before?

Havent been around for more than a year, are buying 07 accounts safer at all than Rs3 account selling was before?

what about giving control of the original email account use to make the RS account?

No. No account sales are safe. If you buy, either buy from a highly trusted member, or just use it while you bot/train your own account up

 

Safer in terms of getting scammed? No.

07 accounts are ON RS3 accounts. Therefore, if they are able to take control of the RS3 account, they have your 07 account.

In terms of getting banned? I doubt it's any safer, likely similar. I think they focus less on 07 than RS3, but as I said, accounts are linked.

 

Nope. No way to prevent recovery, period.
