I am happy to do quests for free on OSRS.
The only requirements are that you must either have the items for quests or provide a small amount of cash in order for me to get the required items but I'd much prefer to just have the items
I am happy to do the vast majority of quests but for some long quests it may take a little while - I would prefer to do F2P quests
