So today I bought these skins for me and for my friend ( he doesn't have paypal ), but decided since people outside of EUW can still use them I may aswell sell them. Now being Dutch ebay is giving me some trouble posting on the international website, so I decided to just come here.

The guy I bought it from on ebay had 300+ positive feedback, was selling 20+ of them and claiming they were unopened, so I can only assume I've been the only one to use them so far.
