Why? I truly enjoyed the CAD series (rip) and I like having that avatar, it's pretty defining. All I need is crackerhead and I'll be set.

 

When I looked at the CAD series all the good characters avi's were taken by other members on the site

I got in trouble for bringing all the Trin shitstorm drama up on N4N0's feedback thread and everyone finally agreed to drop it for good.

2-3 months later it gets brought up again and shitstorm v2 begins. Logic.

I mean I want some of the banned members back, I just dont think this is the way to do it. It just makes it look like our admin team is unscrupulous to say the least. You say restitution, I say bribe.

You haven't been directly involved, yet you claim it was dropped for good after you made your feedback post. It still goes on a daily basis on Sythe and off. Just because you don't see or hear about it doesn't mean it has stopped. The harassment continues, the pictures still get passed around.

When it happens, N4N0 and I get informed not you or anyone that is not in upper staff.

 

I was involved and served my ban, apologised, and moved on. My feedback thread was because I didn't feel at the time you/N4N0 were trying to move on and were holding serious grudges, whereas I and others had tried to wipe the slate and move on.

My point being there is a rather large gulf between a few individual users being assholes and throwing old images around and most the SF getting upset about the whole situation again and a bunch more threads going up over the issue, bringing the whole thing to public light. Again.

Also contesting my quotes and whatnot was what fired it all up again a couple of months ago. Let's not argue.

Being directly involved and being involved are two different things. Try not to confuse them. There were no grudges to be had. The damage is/was already done. We didn't/don't bring it up but it still continues.

Threads and/or posts still are created, whether you accept this fact or not regardless of your post in his feedback thread being contested or not. No matter how you may want to slice it, we still get harassed on a daily basis. This isn't an argument, but a civil discussion; or at least in my point of view.

 

I was in the chat, as were the users who were still banned. These people were not the ones who hacked the personal information which is why to date I still think the wrong people are being punished, just because it's not possible to punish those who are actually accountable.

Had it had been a more reasonable amount, whether it be $50 down to $25 for whoever's number was rolled, I'm sure people (including myself) would be more understanding as it is a fair compromise. No one was going to ever pay $250, which is why everyone's jimmies were rustled over the whole thing as the idea is pointless with a price tag which many deem unreasonable.

I know my activity has declined as I concentrate more on my University course and other real life priorities, but whenever I've checked up I haven't seen a single thread since everything died down a couple of months ago. Purely out of curiosity, what do you mean by 'daily basis'? Not via Sythe, I assume, which was the point I was originally making. Also it's complete differences in opinions, I just didn't want any escalation because quite frankly, I just can't be bothered with drama anymore.
