User center faq update

Please update the user center faq
It contains old information and needs an update.

Things tobe removed / changed

- is it safe to send money by mail
- how long does it take for my donation to get approved
- how long does it take to get my rank
- why doesnt the amount on my rank match what i have donated

I think you should expand on "please update the following". I.e. what, why & how if you actually want a worthwhile response.

 

Can you make your original post more clear with explanations please?

 

Tough to give input when you don't reiterate your suggestions. I will check back on this and edit accordingly.

I do see where he is coming from though.

 

Why would I suggest all changes while an admin can just loop through the questions and edit where needed.
