Blowingganja is a scammer

I've been going back and forth on posting this, just because the nature of the scam is so weird. Blowingganja (http://www.sythe.org/members/363307-blowingganja.html) , or frigsak69 on Skype, hired me for an elo boost about a week and a half ago. The boost was from gold 2 to plat 1 for 200$.

I played a couple vouch games on his account and he then said that he didn't have any money for the job, and would get paid on Thursday. Obviously this set off some red flags, but I've heard weirder stuff before.

So he gets money, then wants to pay by win. Whatever, that's fine. I play 6 games on his account, go 5-1, he pays me for those.

It gets a bit weird there, because he didn't have any problem paying for per win boosts before, but I figure "hey, he already paid me once, no problem right?"

I play during the night on his account when he isn't playing, which is why the boost was taking much longer than usual.

He randomly decides to stop responding to messages, changed his password on the account, and hasn't been online since. The weirdest part of this scam is that I wasn't even finished boosting, the guy plays so much that I only got him to halfway through Gold 1.

In any case, he already has a reputation of wasting people's time, now he just decided to scam me. I don't really care about the money, I just want to see this guy banned.

Update: Did some digging around and found that he changed the ingame account name from "Xardas80" to "Reggae Nation"

 

Could you please uncrop the skype conversation and include the skype id? Also how many games of payment does he owe you and do you have proof of wins?
