Ban Appeal

Hey Moderation/Administration Team of Sythe. Here I am to dispute my Temporary Ban handed by Leanbean901 for 3 days. Here's the thread.

I never traded him or received any gold. Where it says I said "I confirmed trade" that's a simple sarcasm. If you look at all messages before that you can see me saying I never received gold or him even trading me. He didn't even take a screenshot of trade? Don't you think he would have? Why would I risk all my vouches/customers and success I've gotten so far for a simple 400M = like $50? It's illogical. There's no proof of me scamming him, except a blind judgement made by Leanbean. So, I contacted Marcin today after my ban was dealt to ask him for help. He asks me this question, "Explain to my why you think you're ban isn't warranted" So I did. I explained to him, I talk to him everyday asking for help on how to gain trust and respect to be a top tier servicer. Asking on how to gain trust and respectable business's. I also explained this, I replied couple days ago to "Why do people scam thread" With my opinion (At the current rate I make $50+ daily from my services offered on Sythe. I've been here for 1-2 weeks and this already acts like a job for me. Why would I risk that and stop all my income from Sythe for a $50 scam? Just illogical. I'm not here on Sythe to scam for $50 When I've made $500+ in my alloted 1 week here.
I'm not foolish to scam for $50 when I make that in a day doing my services.
I'm not stupid to scam and have to start over. Wait I can't start over. 1 account per IP. He's a newcomer. I was a newcomer too yes. But he's pulling shady things. I read all the screenshots. Not once did I confirm? The message I deleted when he said to confirm the trade. Yes I confirmed it. 400M BSGP for 25M 07 and a bond on RS3. But I deleted it, because he said "you confirmed trade, I'm going to use as proof". Even though thats not proof? I was confirming trade value. But felt that would get me banned by used as proof. And it did. Not once ever did I confirm a trade. I always said you never payed etc. I asked him to upload vid/screenies he had. And he said he is and reporting. And I ended up perm ban. He took the time and effort to make a screenshot gallery of these pointless skype conversations but not the actual screenshot that mattered? He takes all these skype screenies but never once does he take the 400M BSGP trade that I "stole" apperentally. Because there was no trade and he's framing me for whatever reason. I hope you staff administration/moderation members understand where I'm coming from. I'm not here to scam for $50 when I make that or even more a day on Sythe through my services.

 

Why would you delete the message right after he asks you to confirm you're trading him? Why would you later offer to buy his 400M and pay him for an extra 400M (in rs3 gp and said he could convert it to 07gp which was what the original 400m bsgp trade was for)?

I'll leave this open for other staff input.

 

If you read correctly I'm explaing to him a guy gave me 400M RS3 going first. And thats in my vouches if you look.... Not trying to fool anyone
