    Same guy who just got banned, luckily one of his "friends" told me he was this scammer before I added him on skype and went to buy his account.

    Check ip location/similarities, same person.

    Edit: Seeing as one of his old profiles - FeverGold- was banned for admitting to looting database accs, and he's only showing 3 untradeable items on the acc he's selling, it's probably hacked as well.
