    Just for my information, does your paypal account has to be verified to be able to become a SVU? Or it is enough to have at least 5$+ on your paypal balance.

    No, your paypal account doesn't really has to be verified or have any balance in it to become SVU.

    Yeah, what Nax said.
    First you must be a 25$ Donor, then it is optional whether you want to be SVU or not (SVU is basically an extra donation of 5$ ontop of the 25$).
