    [$$] Thread Layout Request
    I need a thread layout created for my RuneScape Private Server, with a layout similar to:

    The important things on this layout is not just the images! The background effect, the main header, the layout around the images with the descriptions and header, etc.

    This is a professional job that I need done, and I need top notch quality.

    The frame/border design in the second image looks strikingly similar to a thread layout of mine. Maybe it's just me...
