Dispute a ban on Xxmakaveli for Superman

I've been wanting to get into 07 scape for awhile now. The other day I came on Sythe to check some things out to find my account, xxmakaveli banned. I tried creating another account and that got banned. (I was unfamiliar with the rules as I've been gone for over 2 years, I apologize for that.) When that new account got banned I found out my account had been found on "Hack Forums" being sold by a user "Three Cb". I've never heard of either the website or that user. I don't know what could've happened but my computer or account may have been compromised in my absence.

I'm only asking because I'd love to use Sythe's services in aiding with RS. I don't have an interest in scamming or other nefarious activities. If xxmakaveli can't be unbanned I was hoping for the ability to make a new Sythe account so I could trade with your users. Please get back to me Superman.
