Have you even tried contacting IDB? Lately RS Accounts get locked quite often because of account sharing / hacking suspicion. I'll message him on facebook to take a look on this.

 

well i just noticed this today , i never see him on sythe or skype, but if i can get some knowledge about this that would be great,

I can't give you estimate, IDB replied just to first message I sent him and he didnt display further ones yet. I'll let you know when / if I get any reply from him

 

out of curiosity how long does the user have to fix this? , iam unfamiliar with this forum the most, but on others it was 24 hours.

also, i only hope your friendship with him will not interfere with what needs to be done.

I changed my phone & lost his number so I can't harass him xP Usually takes around 24-36 hours for a reply from Jagex if he has to email.

It was probably Jagex, they lock a lot of names for IP changes. The guy IDB gets his names from wouldn't recover AFAIK.

 

in both of their defences i guess, i did have my ip change due to a modem issue

however i still wont single out the seller as a possibility :l
