The account is now locked, will provide password and Username (current) if somone needs to verify

Have you tried contacting him after account got locked? If account is currently locked it doesnt mean he had to recover it. If he recovered it, you'll get invalid username or password message (most likely in few days)
I've sent him an PM to look on this. Ask him if he could recover account for you. Also you're missing screenshots with Payment details, it's needed to check if you sent to same email that he said. If he wont be able to recover account for you he'll have to refund you full amount or be banned

He stated he was the original owner and has not replied to any messages

 

he also gave me all relevant information for the account he could, he also told me that there was no jag applied which i later found out there was jag on the account and he doesnt know the answers.

 

We'll give him 24hours. After that period you'll be able to dispute payment on PayPal and I'll ban him for scamming

Maybe he disabled JAG and thought it's no longer active / new questions can be set. It's very often mistake in account trades

 

I Dont think the Jag is a mistake, he blatantly said he didnt know them and said he would email jaegx

 

well JAG case is over since it's after trade unless you trust him enough to give access to acc and email jagex himself. Anyways I'm heading to bed. If he doesnt respond within 24hours after I sent him message he'll get banned

Talking to the user now, he is attempting to recover the account using the same info i used, the information he proved for me did not work for me so it should be no different for him, smells abit fishy if it works

 

Original owner has always higher priority in recovery process than you. Half of info that he gave you could be enough for him to recover. Let me know result

 

Giving him some time been 3-4 hours now, appeal sent roughly 2 hours ago no replies on skype as of yet

 

User got the account back for me, close thread please
