(Once again i plead of the admins/moderators to actually take 5 minutes of their time out to read this Pardon as I have also taken out Hours of my time to write it and as I would really like the chance to get back to Sythe.)

I actually just found out about bawsz2014 now.. I heard about 2013 from a friend that sent me the thread (Divica).. but just found out about 2014 while writing this thread.
I have never ban evaded the only two accounts i have ever had on Sythe are "bbex" and "bawsz" You can do an IP Checkups, I used to be in London now i am in Luton for University. (I have never gone on holiday) Why would I Ban evade using my own name? (if i was going to..) Like.. that would clearly be stupid.. if you could furthur investigate this I would appreciate that as I didn't even know those accounts were created till late. I'd also like to find out who done it as they probably done it to frame me? or something as I read those accounts were made after my pardon.. so im also confused.



Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Well, i would be very detailed but i don't want it to be too long to read so i will briefly clear up what happened.
I was up long nights manning trades making trades buying and selling gp and more.. and i guess this caught up to me at the wrong time. I had 2 customers to middle man (was in bed at the time on my laptop) I middle-man'd the first customer on a $55/11M 07 trade (Worth more then EoC by far at the time) @ 9.54 PM. I then MM'd the other two customers @ 1:24 AM. Which by then i was very tired. You can pretty much see i didn't mean to do it as 11m 07 GP was priced @ $55 and 90m Eoc was priced @ $18 at the time.
So anyway.. after waking up to like 5 messages of people calling me a scammer and friends informing me of my ban i then realized i fell asleep and decided to video everything as evidence that i had just woken up and that I made the payments immediately to the users.

So please see that this was clearly an Accident and proven even.. Why i believe you should forgive me? Well this is a tricky question but im sure many of you know after my ban i went over to OsBot Tribot and other forums to continue trading. I am Ranked #1 on Osbot with 1600 feedback. I obtained these feedbacks after getting banned on Sythe. I did not change skypes to hide my identity I did not hide anything from the communities. I simply explained to them why I was banned.. there was even a time in my signature on these forums where I explained my sythe banning., people didn't believe me AT FIRST and thought I scammed on Sythe.. but I earned my feedback the hard way on these sites despite that. I am also a $300 Donar/Sythe Verified User.
So please forgive me for the accident i did.. it was really a silly mistake and has cost me a 1 Year+ Ban which in my opinion is a very long time for such a thing but well rules are rules.

A. Its now been over 12 Months
B. After my last pardon Yes I was denied but I did not make these profiles. I have been using Sythe as a unregistered user ever since.
C. I did not leave out that I was banned from Powerbot & I also Did NOT scam on Powerbot.. I clearly stated here.

D. Please before you make accusations of me scamming have real proof.. I have tried to work with the admins from Powerbot to pay the user but as the user is banned they will not allow me to pay anyone the 100m.. that i have constantly tried to pay as I quite frankly want to get unbanned.. I seriously had no connection with the creator of those accounts, I didn't even know about it till I was told, there would be no reason for me to get someone to do such a pointless thing. May i know what was posted? and if anything else was done?

Before i begin my essay, I know users have a 6 month wait period for each pardon, but in this current "case" I believe we need to closely look at what actually happened. Also if there is anyway i can contact a higher on skype such as Sythe Owner I would realy love the chance to.

I can't stay away from Sythe, its like a drug to me, everyday i come on the forums as an unregistered user just looking . I have been very loyal to the sites rules, never ban evaded (check all IP history), never scammed. Pardon's are here for users to express and show how they have changed after "scamming or doing something close to scamming - such as black-hat activities" I have NEVER on Sythe or any other community scammed a user I have just been banned for a very small mistake I made and this has ruined me dearly. I know i have not been a good "hit" for Sythe, and I can see that many people hate, and have hated me since i joined for reasons which I fully understand. I mean I know I have made mistakes but everyone makes mistakes maybe not the same or as bad as mine but we all deserve a second chance as mistakes are what make you a better person (believe it or not) Each mistake you make gives you something to reflect on and fix, I have done the reflection part and now im trying to fix it.

I think in the last Pardon, I reflected on all the bad things that have happened and didn't have the chance to state all the good things i've been doing since i left sythe and didnt get the chance to explain why i was actually banned from sythe in the first place.

Why did i fall asleep?

Well that is pretty much unexplainable however i can say and prove I am up late almost all the time making trades; reason.. that i'm in the UK and most of the time the big trades/valuable trades are made when the American's get Online. Also for the fact that I was in college at the time so getting on during the day was pretty impossible.

Even though there was nothing really to change from other then the use of laptop in my bed i did do some new things..
Well. When i was banned from Sythe I immediately knew i would have to do something or find something to do for the next 6 months (Didn't really think i would get denied the first time) and i did just that. I went onto a botting site. Using exactly THE SAME skype since i knew i had nothing to hide. I even made it clear to people why i was banned on sythe. I quickly aquired a whole ton of feedback making both big and small trades on the site TriBot. I made it to 300 Feedbacks Overall and was #1 ranking, until a user decided to make a false statement which then went on and got me banned from the site. (For details on what the user did please ask I can explain everything.) After being banned from tribot (One of the reasons being banned from sythe) I then went onto OsBot. I was very new on the site and did start of how every new member starts, 0 feedback. I used the same skype name on there also.. now after 4 months of (taking accusations of scamming on sythe) hard work and determination I am now ranked #1 feedback with 1.1k+ Feedback. I have traded over 20b 07 and 20b eoc, and not only that I have gained trust from many respectable members on YOUR site. These members such as "Divica", SweetyChilli and "TheBlackTux". Not going into much detail but Divica has trusted me with around a total of $800 USD where as TheBlackTux has trusted me to work with him on our automatic membership site "autoupgrade.me" (which is doing great).

I have also had trades 10 times the size of the trade that got me banned.

I thank you so much for taking your time to read this it was writen from the heart. I understand you may deny this as an early entry but please i ask of you to look at the reason why i was actually banned and think if it was actually worthy of a ban. Right now i would take anything.. even if i had to have TwC for a year or ban from certain sections of the site I would take it, i would just like my access to posting on the site back. Sorry if any grammer was off point I have tried to keep everything straight and to the point, and i hope you will give me a chance. I know in real life most rules are not overulled however in certain cases there should always be a way, please give me that way. In the last pardon i believe i had support from every Moderator, if there is ANYTHING i can do please let me know as im desperate to get back to my home.
