Alex 2012 Dispute/Scam

Explanation of the trade: I contacted Alex2012 about selling 62m 07 via WU for $2 a mil, which comes out to $124. Note, Xier0 received the sythe pm since he's a close friend of mine from dragon dyce and I really don't know how sythe works.

How they scammed: Before the trade started, I asked whether or not fees would be covered by her, to which she said no. I asked how much the fees would be, and she said around 3%, which means I should have expected around $120.28. I even confirmed with her that she knew we were talking about WU, to which she said yes. Then, after I gave the gold, she said "$109 sent!" and when I asked why $15 was taken out instead of 3%, she said "oh that's for PP". She knew the trade was for WU, yet she still said the fees as if it were for PP. I would like for Alex to either be banned or I'd like to receive my $11 compensation. I would prefer receiving this compensation via WU, but if it must be via PP or gp, then that's okay. The money is really important to me right now and I could have sold to a different buyer that would have given me a better price since I didn't realize $15 was being taken out of the fees from her.

This is all being posted 2 days after the fact because I wanted to make sure I could pick up my money first to avoid problems. The Western Union money ($109) was collected.

 

I sent Alex Pm regarding this. WU fees for china are $15 up to $500 so that matches, I think he got confused with trades, I'll let you know when he'll respond

 

Hi zuzel111,I never scammed him,i told him fees is 3%.thats because i thought he want to use paypal.(Plus,he should know 15$ fees via WU.because he sold to me via WU few days ago),But when he told me he want to WU,i told him fees is 15$,and i told him i dont pay fees before trading,and he said ok.so zuzel111 u tell us how we solve this dispute,thx mod.

That's a screenshot of the bottom of the chat-log after you had already received my 07 Runescape Gold. It was too late, and nothing I could do. I agreed so I could make this dispute after collecting my money. Also, I haven't sold to you in months, and hardly sell at all. I don't remember the fees which is why I asked, and was told incorrectly.

EDIT: Also in your post, you said you thought I was doing Paypal. One of the above screenshots shows you confirming you know it is Western Union when I asked what fees were.

 

I'll update this post after 4-5hrs when I'm back to school I'll talk with Alex about it

Update:
After conversation with Alex there are few new facts.
1) You picked up payment -> So full refund of 07 GP is no longer possible. By doing that, you also agreed on price. He could cancel payment instead and refund you 60M 07 GP or send you correct amount - 3% fee via PP.
2) The best solution at the moment will be :
Split $15 WU fee between you (Alex will pay you $7 extra or refund 3.5M 07 GP)
