CutiePatootie is a Ban Evader

I think they are ban evading due to several reasons. New account was made a day after they were banned, selling the EXACT same things: Neopoints, UCs, and NC. In addition, thread is very similar, it uses the same emoticons, format. It is evident in screenshots that it is the same person, please take a look. As further proof, I inquired about one of the pets they were selling on their old thread, and the description and price of this one matched up exactly. Thanks.
