I was given a copy, so here's my feedback:

To be honest, I don't think it's anything special. Anyone that's played rs3/rs07 for a bit will obviously know about this. It's not really a guide, or a method, it's just something that basically everyone does. It is also neglected to mention in the OP that you need decent stats for these things.

The file that you receive is very small and it could have been typed in 10 minutes. There is also several miss-spelled words, and other very clear mistakes like missing capital letters, full stops, and apostrophes.

Overall, I would not recommend buying this, even though Dutch is a nice, polite guy.
