Fastest Range 99 Method

Hey guys,

I just recently came back after a very long break from Runescape and my one goal I've had is to reach 99 Range. I am currently Level 86 almost 87. What is the fastest method now that Eoc is in play? Money is not an issue I just want the fastest method possbile.

Cannon in the abyss with chins as far as i'm aware.

You could also get ascensions and do waterfiends with a charm imp for like 350k/hr

Or Dagganoths in Waterbirth Island with a cannon/red chins, mix of both due to charms/xp.
