Jagex dont have a clue

Jagex has banned me for an accusation of botting, which they've provided no evidence for; neither have they gave me the option to appeal offence, the worst part it is wasn't even botting! I had my public and private chat on friends! They've banned me for no reason, they have no evidence on the offence and haven't gave a player that's 6+ years old a chance to appeal! I'm disgusted at jagex, can anyone help?

It does work as far as getting a reply regarding the ban compared to the appeal system that will pend forever.

It's more of a way to reach J-mods regarding bans. So yes, if he gets a J-Mods attention and the J-Mod can see that he is in fact innocent he will most likely get unbanned.

Pretty sure they're past any point of accidentally banning people for botting bud. I'd highly doubt your chat settings would constitute a macro ban.

Tweet the guy and see what he says. At this point there's really no point in lying though.

 

I tried getting an account worth $1k USD unbanned that hadn't botted in over 3 months, and hadn't even logged in more than 10 minutes at a time during those 3 months. They still denied the request and claimed they had concrete evidence. Twitter really only works if you're incredibly lucky.

 

If you actually botted, don't waste your time on twitter. In the past, they unbanned people, but they don't do that anymore. Now, they'll give you a response telling you it's correct and if you persist, they'll block you. Jagex does have concrete evidence that you botted even if they don't show it to you.

 

care to explain how the account is worth 1k usd?
