Best fast food for Bodybuilders?

Whats the best fast food for bodybuilders where you can get the most benefits out of it to get gains i would love to hear your guys opinions please .

 

Any of them they all have protein.

 

Anything high in protein and carbs.

 

Mc donalds due to the fact there burgers have soy filling

 

Depends on your body type, goal, routine, cheat days, etc.

Why would a bodybuilder eat fast food..?

KFC chicken would be my first choice, I think you could really find better alternatives by just cooking at home though.

 

If you truly mean a 'body builder', then you shouldn't be eating fast food lmao. Those guys don't put anything like that in their body.

If you're just a guy who lifts to stay fit, then I would say something like Subway or a place that serves grilled chickens.

Taco bell for sure. Beef, chicken and steak.

 

Fast food probably isn't the best option, but if you must, then probably anywhere that serves grilled chicken. But for the price, you could go to the store and buy your own chicken/burger, grill it yourself and get a few meals out of it.

 

I would say chipotle or subway, eat fresh

 

From a nutritional standpoint they won't offer you too much towards your macros but if you can fit it in, by all means. There's more to life than just gains, such as eating good tasting food.

 

Eat healthy food, meat, fish etc..but in the right amount for you of course

 

Body builders don't eat fast food...

I'm in no means a body builder, but I do hit the gym at least 4 days a week, and I always get subway and make a protein shake right afterwards. I try to stay away from fast food, but I honestly don't consider Subway to be fast food, as long as you pick the right thing to eat.

 

I get where you coming from well ive heard such things like mc donalds chicken nuggets/ all them mc chickens are good for you if u wana eat right after a 1 hr work out at the gym strength training, but I do take my protein shake after my workout ofc and then I wait like 1-2 hrs and go to fast food places and order something but I would like to know whats the best u get me ?
