First time firecape

So next weekend I'm going to be attempting to get a firecape for the first time.

I have absolutely no experience with fight caves over than killing jad once or twice on a private server LOL.

How much assrape should I expect?

Also, if anyone can link a firecape guide that will show me what to pray for each wave ect, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Edit: probably gonna end up streaming it too for the lols.

As long as you take your time, don't rush things and concentrate you'll do fine.

firecapers might kill me for this, (I'm a firecaper as well) but here's a good trick.
waves 1-37, camp the southeast rock (se starting from the entrance of the cave) to safely safe spot and lure everything to you. Keep in mind wave 30 is when the mages start appearing. 37 is mage and ranger waves. So for this camp entrance and see what hits u first, while protect from magic on. repeat. wave with mage/2 99s, same thing don't panic. if you have all 3 on you, run for the north east rock and hide. you'll be safe there. For the mage/melee waves, simply camp southeast rock. the final 8 waves, go back to the entrance and repeat the steps with mage/range waves. just watch out for melee. if the meleer is there, run north east and be safe.

TDLR: waves 1-37 camp south east rock
38-46 camp entrance
47-54 camp south east rock
54-62 camp entrance.

Best friends= south west rock and entrance.

My terrible friend ended up getting to jad somehow on his laggy piece of shit laptop. It was his first time ever trying it too. He ended up dying of course, cuz like I said, he's bad. But if he can do it, I have a little confidence haha.

If I don't have it by the 10th try I'll think about using you
I've always paid for them, so I want to give it a good try to get it myself.

 

You just inspired me to try and attempt it myself on my pure too

 

Let me recount my early jad attempts (years ago)

1. Stopped paying attention because the waves were easy, was PM'ing someone when my prayed dropped and the level 300 mages or whatever dropped me.

2. Got to Jad, panic switched and died.

3. Got to jad, got to the part with the healers and fucked up there, panicked and died.

3.5. Bought a firecape from gold4rs, they got it within 4 hours.

4. Lost firecape due to hack. Came back pissed off and raped jad.

These days I can solo nex haha.

Just get prayer flicking down and you'll be fine.

Waves are easy, once u get to Jad, prayerflick and turn your volume up

 

Thanks for all the tips. I'll try my best. If I end up getting hit by the mage and ranger, which hits harder? So I know what to pray.

Waves are easy, your probably going to fail before you succeed. Nothing wrong with it though.

 

Never turn off protect from mage from level 30 on. You're going to have to tank the rangers.
