The 4 Nihils and Muspah are enemys fought during the Fate of the Gods quest that was just released. The Mah items are also found during the quest and are related to divination.

Just like many other npcs , especially quest related ones that are only seen once or twice, they're forgotten about 10 minutes after doing the quest. It might be better to wait it out a bit to see how recognized the npcs are a month or two down the road. Maybe one of the bunch will be worth 25M to the 'right person'.

Look mate. The name is worthless, because the market doesn't have members that buy random 3 letter names lol. If this was back in 2011-12, then maybe you'd get 30M, but the market right now is absolute trash. So if you want to go back to selling your random 3 letters, go ahead and do that, but if you have to google a meaning of a 3 letter, that should tell you that something's wrong.

 

Lol it's not about pronunciation. Rac has no meaning behind it, neither does half the names you've asked for pc's on. At least, no meaning behind it that people actually care about. If you had 'Rack' then i'm sure that would sell a lot quicker. Some 3 character names for you to think about would be Cat and Dog, would would be considered extremely rare and sought after.
