Do you treat fat people differently?

Going to be honest, I don't judge them as people unless they try to make excuses for the way they are. However, it is an absolutely wretched feeling when they sit next to you on public transport (or worse, a plane) and crush you in to the corner of your seat.If I can, I WILL move regardless of how that makes them feel.

 

Why would you discriminate over somebodys weight?

 

No. I treat everyone kindly until they act like a dick.

 

Fat people disgust me. I absolutely treat them differently.

 

Because 9 times out of 10, they did it to themselves, and 10 times out of 10 they give excuses rather than fixing it.

"It's genetics, I can't lose weight" is literally the weakest and most lazy reason I've EVER heard. I've seen disabled people without legs work out 10x more than the fat people at the fitness center that I worked at.


We used to bet on how long a new fat person will stick to their regiment. We'd never be far off our mark

 

I work as a personal trainer part time whilst at university, and while I can empathise with some - maybe once I get to know them and they explain their circumstances, I do find myself making snap judgments (He's lazy, unmotivated etc.)

All I need to see to think more highly of them is some sort of effort to change though, the whole fat-acceptance healthy at every size is really unproductive and harmful if it promotes even one person to stay a fatty.

It's frustrating when you seem to be making progress with an overweight person and they pull this crap out

 

As odd as it sounds, i'm probably nicer to obese people than i am to skinny people. Some people can't help their weight, and i feel like when people are assholes to them about it, it just has to make them feel terrible. So yeah. Probably am nicer only because i know they get hate for it. And fat grandmas are so fricken huggable lolol

 

Fat or not, they're still people and still have emotions.

No I don't because it's not my place to judge someone elses lifestyle, when it's nothing to do with me.

 

I treat them the same as any other person i even have friends that are fat, but the way i think about them is different i guess i feel bad for them in a way you could say? i dont think negative about them tho

 

When fat people on their little scooters cut to the front of the line at disneyland I lose it.

 

As a friend, no. Though I don't see me ever being attracted to someone overweight.

If they are nice to me, i'm nice to them.
I wouldn't bully someone unless that start with bullying me in the first place.
But that haven't happened since i can remember.

 

when ppl are are nice and friendly to me, i am also friendly to them, no matter if there are fat or not, black or white etc.

i always welcome ppl with open arms, nobody should treat someony for anything, even if you know them, but i think it's even worse if you treat someone if you don't know anything about them

 

I never treat anyone differently. Everybody is the same. Thin,fat,black,white all the same to me.

 

I don't treat fat people any different from skinny people.

 

I treat everyone equally. Everyone deserves to be treated the way you would like to be treated.

 

Well when I look at them I always think " you fat fuck" that's about it but I do not treat them different.
