I actually started playing 07 scape couple months ago but back in the old days there was not a thing called nmz...

 

60k+ hour afk melee exp depending on stats, can imbue rings.

Simples.

You need quest requirements to even do nmz, so it can be a bit annoying if you don't meet those requirements. I've never done it myself but it sounds pretty complicated so I might just avoid it altogether.
