How do i change my own thread tittle?

I'd like to change one of my threads title from
Fuels Steam Shop [MOST GAMES 50% OFF]
to
◢Discounted Steam Store [GAMES 50% OFF][GIFTS][FAST][VOUCHES]◣

I tried changing it, but apparently it doesn't change the actual title. Now I'm not sure if asking for this type of things are against the rules, but just seeking for some help

 

Click that (top right hand corner) and enter what thread title you want/

 

I have gone ahead and updated your title. It now just needs to be closed by a global or an admin. I will go ahead and send in the request.
