Men's NCAA Tournament

Who's been following the tournament? I know some of ya'll aren't American but for those of you that still follow it. How are your brackets currently looking after all the upsets? And who's happy that Duke lost to Mercer?

Also, this thread can be a place to talk about games still in process. Like right now I have New Mexico coming back and beating Standford. What do ya'll think about the past/current/future games?

 

My bracket isnt busted yet, Duke loss was really hard for me though. Had them going to the elite eight.

Unfortunately Duke has made a habit of underestimating the mid-majors. They almost lost to Belmont a few years ago and have lost to VCU, Lehigh, and now Mercer in recent years.

But it's not all bad they did still win the title in 2010. I can't complain too much.

It was a shocking and sudden end though, hence I shed a few tears for a moment. I was sad because now the tournament's already pointless for me.

 

Pretty sure Ziggily feels your pain. But yeah Coach K had it coming after he trashed talked the A-10 getting so many bids and stuff. My team is Saint Louis and I hope they can upset Louisville. But after the 16 point come back last night I really don't know.

 

Coach K should have kept his mouth shut. Good luck vs Louisville.

No idea why Duke shot 38 threes today. Had superior athleticism and cancelled it out with boneheaded shots.

It was a sad, sad day for me.

But alas, life goes on.

And Duke at least beat the mid-major when it counted most..Butler in 2010.

Ill basically be 24-8 in the round of 64 if all goes to plan, but yeah im still hurting from that duke loss

There is 0 people left for a perfect bracket with Warren buffet's billion dollar bracket..

After the first 12 games all of ESPN's brackets only had %0.4 people still having perfect.. just 12 games.

 

My reaction when Duke lost:

Was praying for UNC to lose.. Was so close since I thought Providence had that game -.-

Did you see the sf austin game? Was honestly the best game of the tournament so far

 

I have to agree with you there. I caught snippets of that game and I was really impressed.

I had Duke to make it to at least the Elite 8. Well my bracket is a mess now.

The only reason why I was hoping that Carolina would lose is because the only final game I will watch is a Duke vs. UNC. Wishful thinking, I know....

I am so proud of Dayton. My mom, who died of breast cancer in 1999, went to Dayton Law School when she was pregnant with her first of five children. She finished valedictorian despite all of the external things going on in her life.

Ever since my Dad told me she went to Dayton, they've held a special place in my heart. These two wins were heart-stopping and intense as heck. I am so proud of them.

 

Yeah, dayton single handedly messed up my bracket a bit.
All good though, gratz on the wins, wish them luck they deserve it
