If someone has a recent irl police record for theft can they be b&?

 

Uh, no? How would staff even find out? Richard does know a lot of law but Sythe.AG isn't a government organisation or anything :s

 

It's public information. Employers have access to the same information and may or may not use it to determine if you're fit for a job.

 

So if someone has a record for credit card fraud you can't report them? How about stealing from a store? etc..

If someone is willing to steal from a store why not someone on sythe? If credit card fraud why not fraud someone here?

Staff don't have to find out, I'm just wondering in a report type of thing if irl offenses are taken into account.

 

Case-by-case I suppose. If you have proof of something that breaks Sythe rules then it would probably be bannable. But we try not to meddle in IRL affairs where it isn't necessary.
