i think he should be fined or get into trouble for having sex with a 15 year old, thats not right, unless they both were in love or w/e but then she wouldnt press charges...anyway he should be fined not charged with rapw thats messed up, he didnt force her!

Women enjoy sex because it is mental and physical for them (unlike some guys). Therefore almost anytime they have sex they will enjoy it some how.. trust me. They will not like it at times, but there is ALWAYS a level of enjoyment.

During a rape, a woman might enjoy it.. fuck, she might love it.. but it is still rape.. A lot of women will not say they were raped because if they enjoyed it they are bad mouthed and society looks down on them.

It really depends on what your state laws are. In most places if you 17 your tried as an adult, 15 is still underage so yes its rape.

It is really retarded that the law is coming down on 18 or 17 yr old men who have sexual intercourse with women a year or 2 younger than they are. The law was designed for much greater age differences, such as 35 yr old teachers and 14 yr old children, absolutely disgusting.

Technically it is rape as she is underage and she took him to court as she didnt want to do it, she wouldnt take the person to court if she wanted to do it....

Also, Whip she didn't necessarily take him to court. Someone else could have found out and had done something about it.

That is Bull Shit! If the girl said that he did infact "Rape" her without her consent. Then yes he should be put in jail for 3 - 4 yrs. but if she says that she indeed wanted to have sex with him then then they should drop the hole case.

 

I don't think its fair, i mean if the girl layed on your bed and she started to say "do me" well thats not rape...if she didn't say "stop" or if you didn't force yourself onto her without her permission, that shouldn't be considered rape...it should be considered "i got banged and i liked it"
