asap help!! how to recieve my money right away?[oaypal]

ok, i have no money irl but allot on rs, i really need some money irl to eat and stuff so i need it like today.
Is there a way to sell rsgp right now and cash it out somewhere, if so how is it possible and is it possible with paypal or with what ?
