I add him and ask for UKBT he claims he wont be using that method to people with under 15 vouches, he agrees to use OMM but still will only pay with PayPal. He did not mention anything about you will need more than 15 vouches so he can use UKBT. He is clearly here to chargeback. He will end up scamming if you does not given a TWC.

Staff needs to act fast!
