    Do you have any idiosyncrasies?

It's a characteristic, habit, mannerism, or the like, that is peculiar to yourself or someone you know. Something that is rather peculiar and you wonder if it's "normal".

I was listening to the radio this morning and the DJ said she counts up to 10 before she pees. To me that isn't normal and I find it strange.

I think mine is that any time I feel like my hands aren't clean I immediately wash them. If they start to feel "dirty" I'll wash them. I want to believe most people wash their hands after each time they use the restroom or just before they prepare or eat a meal. But, I tend to wash mine way more than that regardless of the circumstance. Sometimes I'll even wash my hands after I had just washed my hands because I think I may have missed a spot and it's still dirty. I find this to be very strange and not normal.

During my work outs, playing sports, ect.. I hit my calves with the back of my heels periodically.

I did it a lot during volleyball, football, basketball in highschool.

    Weird habit is weird.

I used to do that alot back when I played competitive soccer. It would feel like my calves were super tight, so if I gently kicked them with my heels it would stimulate them to relax.

Don't have any that I'm aware of, but this reminded me of Frank Underwood and him always tapping his ring/knocking on wood in House of Cards.

LOL! That's not strange to me because I do that too. It must end in zero or 5, generally. Also, when I pump gas, I have to fill it up to the nearest dollar after the pump auto stops. :/

That's more like a tick. It's normal when people do that when they are stressed out or have alot on their mind.

If I'm in control of a number for any reason, I try to make it a multiple of 7. If I'm counting or listing, I try to do it in 7's.

I also always look for relation to triangles in everything.

At soda fountains, I let the soda run for a few seconds before I actually fill my cup with it.

I have certain articles of clothing that I will lose my shit over if they get stained or messed up in any way.

When driving and I pull to a four-way at the same time as anyone else, I will always without fail make them go first.

If I'm interrupted while in a serious Halo match, I usually lose my flow and get killed, and that one death will seriously piss me off for the next 15 minutes. Like, don't even try talking to me in that time span, I will verbally assault and berate you until you fuck off or apologize. Same goes for watching Anime. I know, it's childish, but it's one of my quirks I really can't help.

I like to know in-depth and detailed frame data for any games I play competitively (Halo, SSBM, Street Fighter, etc) and try to base my play style around that.

I could go on and on with these, I'm rather weird irl.

And I don't know if this counts as an idiosyncrasy, but if you wake me up for anything less than the fucking apocalypse, you better haul your fucking ass away from wherever I am. Because I will murder you.

    I laughed.

While playing sports I always pull my jersey away from my chest quickly a couple times almost as if I was airing it out but it just became a habit. It's also a habit for me to cut everything up before I eat it simply because I have a fear of things being undercooked.

Tusk: "Can I ask why you do that?"

    Frank: "Do what?"

Tusk: "Tap your ring like that. I've seen you do it on TV. Two taps every time you get up from a table or leave a lectern."

Frank: "Something I developed from my father. It's meant to harden your knuckles so you don't break them if you get into a fight. It also has the added benefit of knocking on wood. My father believed that success is a mixture of preparation and luck. Tapping the table kills both birds with one stone."

Not really a tick in his case :p

I have to sleep on my side, I literally can't fall asleep on my stomach or back. And in most cases it has to be the right side.

Im an odd bird in this aspect...

    - Volume has to be on an ODD number, no exceptions haha
    - I tend to do things in 7's...if it can be done once, I'll most likely do it 7 times. Sooo if I gotta stab your ass you're getting it 6 more times...sorry I'm not sorry.
    - Only 1 room in the apartment can have its lights on.
    - If I take a shit, I shower. It doesn't matter if I showered but 20 minutes ago...its happening lol.
    ....now you know reddogwwa.

    Do you have any idiosyncrasies?

A frustrating / both rewarding sort of habit of mine is the feeling to complete whatever goal I create for myself. While this is perfectly normal behavior, I tend to stress about created goals way too much. I will take odd angles at trying to solve or complete any goal, and I will get frustrated when they aren't completed.

I also am way too impatient. Definitely a peculiar kind of impatient, at least internally. I become fixated on things way too easily. I feel like I can't do anything else until that problem is solved. That includes ignoring basic human needs such as sleeping or eating. I would definitely say that is a peculiar habit of being overly impatient about things. I'm sure others feel it too, but it's hard to put into words just how intense it is for me. It is definitely not healthy or normal. I wish I could control this, but I can't...

I am ate up with these. Heres a few I can think of off top of head, I hate fingernail files (wont use them, break them off with pliers on all my nail clippers), I almost ALWAYS wear socks, I rub my feet together everynight as I am going to sleep.

Im also very anal about some things at work, I have patterns that I do a lot of things in.

I think this counts. I randomly touch my face around attractive girls. Like this or this

My girlfriend didn't even notice until I told her, so it isn't that obvious I guess haha.
