How does bandos work/equipment needed?

I haven't played eoc ever. Figured I'd come back and try out bandos. Preeoc I would solo bandos daily. Atm I have 0 items and 50m cash. Well I have a main hand cr. Ideas on weapons/gear? Should I mage or melee. All cb stats are 99. Mage is 96. Prayer is 96. Also has the legacy mode been released yet?

 

Melee. If you can afford the gear, Bandos + Duo Drygores + Ovls + SS = Stay there for hundreds of kills. Duo Crapiers will suffice well too

 

Bandos is incredibly easy, like it's just fucking stupid now it's not even fun lol.

If you can't afford Drygores / Torva etc then i'd probably mage it, it's incredibly easy to mage these days and it's very cheap to do.

Also a lot of the things you get for KC are weak to Earth spells which makes it quick.

i take scrimshaw of vampyrsm+overloads+pray pots with soul split.

I dont take food. use pray toggling

if you take 3 scrimshaws and about 2k magic notepaper you can stay there for 10+hours assuming you bring enough overloads and you dont waste pray pots

 

Bandos is super easy especially as you have 96 prayer. For gear you should use Bandos armor/Barrows armor, Drygores if you have em if not chaotics will work. With soulsplit you should be able to sit there and get a bunch of kills if you are still unsure just look up a guide on youtube for example this is one I found it is not the best but It will do. Oh yeah also use overloads if you have em.

 

This, bandos is really easy nowadays, if you don't have enough money for drygores use chaotics.

Seismic dps > dry gore dps > dual virtus dps > chaotic rapiers

Just camp ss and spam abilities.

 

Bandos is so easy that it's really not worth doing it but if you wanna so it for fun, then you can and it's really easy with Mage. 50 is enough
