Best Melee training spots? (Scrubby Account)

Ok, so recently came back to EoC scape etc, I'm used to my overloads, turmoil, drygores and full torva set up and 300k+/hr Exp rates.

Now i'm helping a friend out and i'm gonna max his account while I do other shit, it's got no chaotics, no drygores, nothing like that and i'm wondering if people had ideas where to train?

85 Attack
83 Strength
93 Defence

Currently at Hellhounds doing 99 Def, looking at 120k Exp/hr in defence. Probably the best I can get atm as it's also semi afk.

Just wondered if anybody had better spots for an account like this? Currently using whip and OH D Scim lmao.

I already miss my max gear, how the hell do you guys do this?

 

At those stats, full Guthans and some small foods/portents of restoration at Hell Hounds is the best bet. I've heard reports of up to 250k/h xp there though I can't confirm that it is.

 

I would do slayer tbh quite fun compared to killing the same things but things like hellhounds also work.
