I'm assuming he did because the chance of them actually reading an on-site appeal without him emailing them is slim.

 

hmm ive tried emailing before and didnt get anything back

 

I got ban for RWT goldfarming on one of my accounts( I didn't even goldfarmed) 27 days ago and still pending :/

 

No I did not email them. I replied their ban appeal and both of them took 15 days and they accepted it. Never had a a stat reset or bank reset. I don't know if I am lucky but I just replied and they approved it 15 days later

 

still no answer. have mailed them too, so im giving up soon

 

Macro appeals get 100% ignored, chances are tickets sent in about it will also be ignored.

I Emailed Jagex and after 3 months (when I no longer cared) I got a response and they unbanned my account. Not sure why or what took so long, but eventually they did unban me after I got in touch with them. Just took them forever to actually do it for some reason.

 

They don't read appeals buddy, maybe try and email as Drento said.

try hitting the jmods and the support team up on twitter, they seem to actually respond there

 

Ive lost over 3b to bans, ive tried appealing and sending them several websites also tried with twitter, no luck so far, been over 6 months

 

change another account

They've replied to my emails and just told me i'm staying banned and if they was to unban me it would be unfair to every player who was legit. So there will be no chance of being un banned but create a new account etc blah blah.

 

I got the same reply 4 days ago too lol..
